Copyright of Music Created by ACS
　 The idea of "Copyright" sounds unfamiliar to the music created by the Automated Composing System. Therefore, we will explain about the usage and distribution of the files created by ACS. (Details of the relationship between automated composing and copyright are not mentioned as there is no definite regulation.) 　
Your Right to Use MIDI Files Created by ACS

All users of ACS can use and distribute the created MIDI files freely. There is no additional fee nor obligation for you to report to us. Feel free to distribute them through the Internet and use them as BGM for your original games.
However, in the case of converting the original music by using the  [Convert Mode] of ACS, copyright of the music is owned by the original composer. Be careful that you are not allowed to present or distribute the converted MIDI files freely on the Internet.
