Output Formats

List of File Formats

Automated composing of ACS allows you to select one of the options for file format as follows.

MIDI GM(mid)	Specify this format if you use GM sound source for MIDI device. If you are not sure which sound source your PC is using, specify this format.
MIDI GS(mid)	Select this format if you wish to specify your MIDI device as Roland's GS. If you are using Roland's software sound source or external sound source, specify this format.
MIDI XG(mid)	Select this format if you wish to specify your MIDI device as YAMAHA's XG. If you are using YAMAHA's software sound source or external sound source, specify this format.

Converting function of ACS allows you to choose the format of output file from the following options.

WAVE (wav)	Select this format if you wish to create a WAVE file that is used in Windows.
AIFF (aiff)	Select this format if you wish to create a AIFF file that is used in Macintosh.
MFM	Select this format if you wish to create a MFM file that is used by certain types of mobiles from Mitsubishi and Matsushita.
MA1	Select this format if you wish to create a MA1 file that is used by YAMAHA.
Ringtones for mobile phones Vodafone 40 (mmf)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 40-voice equivalent and that can be played by Vodafone mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones Vodafone 16 (mmf)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 16-voice equivalent and that can be played by Vodafone mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones Vodafone 4 (mmf)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 4- voice equivalent and that can be played by Vodafone mobiles.
Mater tones for mobile phones DOCOMO (mld)	Select this format if you wish to create a master tone that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 64 (mld)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 64-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 32 (mld) For FOMA	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 32-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For FOMA)
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 32 (mld) For P211 types	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 32-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For P211 types)
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 32 (mld)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 32-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 16 (mld) For FOMA	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 16-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For FOMA)

Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 4 (mld)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 4-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles.
Ringtones for mobile phones DOCOMO 4 (mld) For N502 types	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 4-voice equivalent and that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For N502 types)
Ringtones for mobile phones au 40/64 (mmf)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 40 or 64-voice equivalent and that can be played by au mobiles. A file of "mmf" format will be created.
Ringtones for mobile phones au 16 (mmf)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 16-voice equivalent and that can be played by au mobiles. A file of "mmf" format will be created.
Ringtones for mobile phones au 16 (pmd)	Select this format if you wish to create a ringtone that is 16 voice equivalent and that can be played by au mobiles. A file of "pmd" format will be created.
DOCOMO Melody Mail (16 Voices)	Select this format if you wish to create a melody mail that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For 16 Voices)
DOCOMO Melody Mail (4 Voices)	Select this format if you wish to create a melody mail that can be played by DOCOMO mobiles. (For 4 Voices)
