No
sound can be heard: |
You will find the [Sound & Audio Device] in the
[Control Panel]. Select different option other than current setting in the [Play
MIDI Music Files] of the [Audio]. Also, close other applications.

|
Noise
can be heard when converting a MIDI file into a ringtone: |
When a MIDI file is converted into a
ringtone, the sound with small velocity which is hardly heard
in the MIDI file can be heard. Check whether there is such sound in the original
MIDI file.

|
|
|
You
cannot choose some of the voice options in simple conversion: |
You
cannot select the voice that is assigned drum if your mobile is 4-voice
model.
|
|
|
|
It
will hang up after clicking the [Compose] button: |
Ensure
that you install ACS in your PC by using the setup program(Setup.exe). Remember
that after installation, if you change the folder name that has already set up
or move the folder, your PC will be impossible to recognize the path of the file
and will not work properly.

"The
file path cannot be found." is displayed on the screen: |

It
may not be converted properly if you are using different channel other than
channel 10 of MIDI file for the drum or using different drum other than the
standard-set drum.

Arrangements
you have made to tone and volume will not be effective when
converting into a ringtone: |
If more than one
program change (tone) and volume are assigned, a message will be displayed at
the time of conversion. If you specify to remove the program change and volume
that are set from second onwards, only the first program change and volume will
be effective. However if you want to change a tone or volume in the middle of
music, do not remove the program change and volume after the second. The
arrangements you have made to tone and volume may not be effective according to
the model of your mobile.

You
cannot play the ringtone by your mobile: |
If program change and volume are assigned in the
middle of music, sound may not be played according to the model of your mobile.

You
cannot play the melody mail by your mobile: |
When
you want to play the melody mail in 4 voices by the N502 type mobile, it may not
be played correctly if you specify different tone other than piano (program
change 1).

The
volume of the ringtone is lower or higher than
expected: |
The expression in
the original MIDI file is disregarded at the time of conversion. Adjust the
volume by using the channel volume.
|

|
|
When
you play the ringtone on your mobile, some
melodies are interrupted: |
A short sound may
not be played by the 4-voice model. If such is the case, double the length of
all sounds and set the tempo to half and it will be played properly.
|
|
|
|
Pitch
bend is not effective when converting into a ringtone: |
Though
some models of Vodafone and au can use pitch bend, it will be invalid when you
convert a MIDI file into ringtone by using ACS.
|
|
|
|
You
cannot play the converted ringtone to the end
by your mobile: |
When the gate
time is extremely short, melodies might be interrupted in some models. If such
is the case, adjust the gate time.
|
|
|
|
