| Many ethnic music uses music scale that is not fit into temparament tuning. So, I developed this program. This program will be mereged with Automated Composing System. |

| If you execute the program, a dialouge box will appear. Set the cents for each notes. If you set all zeros, it will generate a temparament scale. If you check a check box, it means negative value. For example, set value of "50" and check the box means -50 cents. You have to know cents of notes for that ethnic music scale before you run the program. |

| A set of system exclusive and notes from C to B are written into the MIDI file. To create a MIDI file of ethnic music, delete notes and put your own notes for ethnic music. |
