Aboriginal Music Consideration
|
Aborigines are native people
in Australia. They play music using Didgeridoo that is their traditional
instrument. This instrument is a wood pole that has a hole in its center.
Ants make this hole by eating its center. When bless is input to this hole,
it sounds like “Diyoyoyooon.” Many intervals can be made, but there are
no musical scales used. There are no drums in aboriginal Australia, so
they hit Didgeridoo by wood and make rhythmic sound.
There are no Didgeridoo sound
in GM and XG. Therefore, the Automated Composing System simulates this
sound by using another instrument. To simulate sound, very short note are
repeated, so some PCs may not make any sound. GS includes a Didgeridoo.
So if your system is GS, this is used. Woodblock is used for rhythm. |
