[Synth lead] options are displayed when you select [Synth lead] from the [Select Group ] combo box in the [Instrument] dialog box. You will see the selected instrument in the [ Instrument ] window.

Square Wave This is a sound of square wave. Saw Wave This is a sound of sawtooth wave. Synth Calliope This is a sound of synthesizer calliope. Chiffer Lead This is a sound of chiffer lead. Charang This is a sound of charang. Solo Vox This is a sound of solo vox. Fifth Saw Wave This is a sound that puts sawtooth wave and perfect interval at 5 degrees together.  Bass & Lead This is a sound of bass and lead.
