This program enables micro tuning of MIDI devices. Set deviation from temparament by cents, then the program creates MIDI files. This MIDI file can be used for reproducing any ethnic music scales.

This program runs on Windows95 and Windows98.
At this moment, the program works for GS and XG system. The program uses System Exclusive Command of GS and XG. If  your MIDI player and MIDI device do not support System Exclusive Command of tuning, the program will not work properly.
