There are two children's days in
Japan.
March 3rd is Girls' Day and May 5th is
Boys' Day.
March 3rd is 3/3 and May 5th is 5/5,
so some people call April 4th
Transgender Day.
On March 3rd, dolls will be displayed,
and on May 5th, Samurai's armor will
be displayed.
In the video, the musical robots are
playing the Girls' Day song.
I made a half-mirror stage, so I put
Girls' Day's decorations on it.
Production of a communication robot
(17th month)
I am making new stages for automatic
performance to make it look better.
(1) Half mirror stage
LEDs are attached and reflected on the
bottom and sides of the instrument
stand.
(2) circular stage
Three robots and 24 bells are placed
on a disk with a diameter of 60 cm.
It takes up only one-third the space
of the conventional stage, so I can
display other things in the empty
space.
Due to the power supply and cables to
the PC, it is not possible to rotate
360 degrees.
I would like to put a battery and a
small PC inside the disk so that it
can rotate all the way automatically.
As a goal, I plan to combine (1) and
(2) to create a kaleidoscope-like
stage.

I created a circular stage for the
performance robot with normal acrylic.
Each robot can hit the bells placed on
the left and right side, but cannot
reach the bell directly in front.
It can be reached by using the waist
servo to rotate the body diagonally,
but it seems difficult to prevent the
shoulders from colliding with other
robots.
I will create the motion and if all
goes well, I make the whole thing with
half-mirror acrylic.
