I watch a lot of anime (Japanese
cartoons), so I write some about it.
I love sci-fi, regardless of anime or
live action, but my first exposure was
to the original series of Star Trek.
And I like Star Trek more than Star
Wars. And surprisingly, I don't watch
robot anime much.
I recently started watching an anime
that aired in 2003 called "Kino's
Journey (The Beautiful World)". The
story of a young person who travels to
various countries on a motorcycle that
speaks language. The countries that
appear there are small countries like
Europe and are from the world of
science fiction and fantasy.
It's like the original Star Trek
series, where they visit one country
in one episode, and each country has
its own system, and sometimes it's
inexplicable. For example, what would
happen if automation were so advanced
that humans no longer needed to work,
or what would happen if there was a
world where people would not be
punished for not following the law. .
The young person does not have a
destination. When I was young, I used
to travel around North America and
Europe by car without much planning,
and it reminds me of those days. Now
that I think about it, there were a
lot of things that were dangerous. . .
There is an anime called "Girls' Last
Tour" that has a similar atmosphere to
"Kino's Journey". There are very few
characters in the story of two girls
traveling on a vehicle like a
motorcycle with caterpillars on a
ruined ground. The story is like a
pair of a carefree girl and a cautious
girl meet one or two people in one
town.
I like stories about the
post-apocalyptic world, stories about
visiting unfamiliar lands, and stories
with few characters. In this story,
the human race that perishes among the
(wreckage) of endless buildings left
in the vast world is very sad.
The story of the anime ends at a good
stopping point, but if you look at the
wiki, you'll find the ending of the
original work even more painful.

Robot production using M5Stack - 4th
week
The legs are just decorations now, but
I'm looking into whether it's possible
to add joints so that the robot can
walk.
I'm thinking that if the robot changes
the direction of the legs, it will
transform from a two-legged humanoid
to a four-legged dog.
It's hard to walk if the robot has one
axis for each limb, and if it has
short hands, it won't be able to stand
up, so it might have to make two axes.
The other day, I had a robot
performance at a live studio.
It is a project to disseminate the
good points and culture of Japan to
the world.
The robots performed with the shamisen,
a traditional Japanese instrument.
In addition to playing musical
instruments, robots performed Japanese
stand-up comedy and played a
well-known flag-raising game in Japan.

Building a robot using M5Stack - 3rd
week
It can now run the PWM servo motor.
I didn't think about cables, things
get messy. . . The power supply of the
servo must be taken from another
cable.
Yesterday, my robots (the Robot Band,
a communication robots, and steampunk
robots) had a performance, at the
Inari Studio, which is located right
next to Fushimi Inari Shrine. After a
long time, one of the big robots also
appeared on the drums.
Fushimi Inari is a very famous shrine
in Kyoto with a fox as its guardian
deity.
Ms. Shimizu, who sings, and plays
shamisen and sanshin, participated in
the performance.
